Born and raised in California, Navid moved to Philadelphia in 2014 for the accelerated nursing program at Penn. Ever since then, he has had his eye on the real estate market. He spent the last 7 years caring for adults and premature babies with Penn Medicine, and he's now been using the same relationship-building skills to help his clients navigate the journey of buying and selling homes. Navid has renovated homes, owns several investment properties, and also runs an Airbnb out of his Fishtown residence. He shares his home with his wife Katie (a mobile gymnastics businessowner), their havanese, Ferdie, plus their blind and deaf maltipoo, Daisy. Navid hopes to connect with as many people as possible and help them achieve their real estate dreams!
